Additionally, Arn is excellent at writing contracts with clear anticipation and delineation of all the responsibilities of both the seller and buyer, so there are no delays or hangups in the transaction process. He also anticipates and understands the motivations of both the buyer and seller, and he ensures that the contract is a win for both parties. Arn also helped two of our daughters successfully purchase two condos in downtown Denver in the Rhino and Highlands areas. His experiences as our realtor in all four of these transactions was excellent. He also has been extremely helpful in any issues that have come up regarding our home and any potential repairs.
