Prior to becoming a real estate professional and a top-producing broker in Boulder, for eighteen years Arn served as president and general manager of ReNové Construction, Inc., a commercial and luxury custom home construction company in Boulder. Arn has designed, engineered, and built some of the most recognized homes in Boulder. This background gives him a unique perspective, and it allows him to help you prepare your property before listing and marketing it to prospective buyers. Arn has also performed significant restoration and rejuvenation projects in the Mapleton Historic District and on Landmarked homes in Boulder.
